Single Living started life in 1993 as Single Again. From the outset, interest from the media as well as the public was intense. so much so that the founder, Christina Basciano, simply couldn't cope with the deluge of letters (this was pre-Internet). Within days of the launch, Christina had been featured in several national newspapers and magazines. Single Again had picked up on the enormous rise in divorce and relationship breakdown, and growing public interest in the subject: the troubled marriage of Prince Charles and Diana was a hot topic, following the publication of Andrew Morton's dramatic expose in 1992.

Single Living (as the company was renamed about ten years ago) has retained close ties with the media ever since those frenetic early days: we have been featured in print, on air and online hundreds, if not thousands of times.
